Adding an Xceed mailing list to your website allows you to collect a valuable database full of prospective customer details, including email addresses and other contact information. To join the mailing list, the user completes a simple online form that has been added to your website (usually on the home page). You can even tailor the fields to suit your needs (Name, Email Address etc), but keep in mind that studies have shown users are more likely to subscribe if they can do it quickly. Put simply, this means the less fields the better.
Send mass emails to targeted markets!
Once a mailing list database has been established, you can create as many individual mailing lists as you like! For example, you might like to sort your database by State and create a 'Victorian Subscribers' mailing list. Whenever you feel like it and as often as you like, you can then draft up

Text & HTML email functionality!
Generally speaking, there are two main types of emails - text and HTML. Text based emails are standard text only emails. HTML emails allow you to add images, graphics and special fonts. Obviously HTML emails are much more appealing, however a large percentage of users can only receive text based emails. Our mailing list software allows users to send both text and HTML emails. It even has an option that sends a HTML email but converts the email into text for users that cannot receive HTML emails!
